We found a ski vest just like this one floating in the lake when I was a kid. It was that shiny red rubbery material that they used to be made of, and its styling was gloriously 80s. It was my favorite boating accessory of all time, and I wish we still had it. I made this fun art print of a retro ski vest to celebrate old times on the lake when every kid learned how to strap on the ol' slalom plank and raise a little hell.
